This ([link]) is the first one I got, and it's still my favorite. It's the perfect size, has two tiers, dividers and comes with a bag (and, in my case, chopsticks + case) and a belt.
If you're just starting out with bentos, I'd advise you to get a nice box and maybe a few cute picks and a set of sauce bottles, that's really all you need.
